It can be installed on-site, in your own cloud or in our cloud as a SaaS solution.

Take advantage of built-in features such as Assisting Organizer, Booking Manager and order forms built-in directly into the meeting room manager to order catering, AV equipment, table arrangements and other services. If changes are made, attendees and service providers are automatically notified when the meeting and/or order form is updated.

You can also add on additional features to further streamline meeting management such as automated SMS/email notifications sent to the meeting organizer when attendees check-in.

Book Meeting and Conference Rooms Faster with QR Codes

Workspace allows you to book meeting rooms and other workspaces directly in the app or by using the QR code function to scan a QR code outside the meeting room.

Using your customized, color-coded visual floor plan and office map, employees can identify and book available meeting rooms, conference rooms and desks right from the floor plan. Simply find an available space, tap it, and schedule it using the QR code on the floor plan.

Combining Workspace and Resource Central

Combining our meeting schedule software with our mobile workspace booking app, allows you to easily manage meetings from start to finish.

  • Search for and book available meeting rooms and hot desks by filters and locations directly through Outlook®, either in advance or on demand
  • Reservations are automatically updated in the Workspace app
  • Streamline visitor management with self-registration kiosks, customized badges, email and SMS meeting notifications, and more
