Manage all your conference room signs remotely from a single, centralized location, through a web-based dashboard. The dashboard is updated in real-time and provides a quick overview of valuable data, such as number of digital signs in use, meeting no shows, extended or ended reservations etc. You can also activate a new layout for a group of signs, with just a few clicks.
With the heartbeat feature, you can quickly tell which of your digital signs are online or offline without having to access each sign directly.
With the built-in template editor, you can easily create a unique layout for your conference room signs, that’s adapted to your company’s logo, colors, font and images, to fit the branding of your organization. It is also possible to get a customized template designed or to use the sample templates included.
With the centralized web-based dashboard you can quickly update the layout on your conference room signs from one single location.
