WebTeam Central gathers the appointments from Outlook calendars and gives companies and users the ability to collaborate regardless of the whereabouts of the individual user. The features are utilized through an Internet connection and a browser – fully compliant with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access.

Using Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Internet Information Server as the starting point, WebTeam Central is the premier web-based team calendar for those who need to know where their colleagues are and when they are next available.

WebTeam Central also fully complies with the security and permissions setup within the organization.

Before installing WebTeam Central, you must make sure that all pre-installation requirements are met. These include both hardware and software requirements.

Hardware Requirements:

• 512 MB of RAM.
• 1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor or higher.
• 200 Mb hard disk space available for the software installation.
• 1 GB hard disk space available for the WTC database. The hard disk space amount for the WTC database depends on the amount of collected calendar data.

WebTeam Central Web Application:

• Windows Server 2003/2008 32 bit and 64 bit version.
• .NET Framework 3.5.
• IIS 6.0 or higher. ASP.NET registered as an ISAPI extension.

WebTeam Database:

• Windows Server 2003/2008 32 bit and 64 bit version.
• SQL Server 2005 or higher.
