Due to general price increases in the market as well as a continuously growing demand on our support and development teams, it is necessary to increase the price level with 5% - for our existing maintenance agreements in 2010.
Since this is the first time in our 10 year history, that we are regulating the price of our existing maintenance agreements, we hope that you will have an understanding for this. We will ensure that the cost increase is used to maintain the level of service you receive today as well as maintain the level of new features and updates you receive for your product.
