Digital Sign Service enables you to take full advantage of your current messaging platform by integrating your meeting rooms with Exchange and Outlook®. Combine your booking efforts with improved information sharing within your company.

Now it is easy to see where your meeting is and even if the room is occupied after your meeting. Our next version, due later this year, will allow you to book, cancel or even extend your meeting directly from the door sign.

Our preferred signage partner, Modulex, helped us design the standard and very intuitive template which comes with the solution.

From our large customer base we’ve learned that the general set of demands and needs is different within companies and organizations and as such you are able to combine products from our portfolio so it will fit into your organization.

This way you can start with our standard Digital Sign Service solution and, when the need and demand has built internally, upgrade it to a full scale enterprise facility management solution. This requires our other products Resource Central and / or Ariadne. The full spectrum of products will enhance your functionality to cover such areas as; Visitor module, Catering module, Service module, WayFinding module, Multimedia module and much more.

Hardware Requirements:

  • 1GB of RAM.
  • Intel Pentium III 800 MHz or a similar CPU.
  • 50 Mb hard-disk space available for software installation.
  • Display: 800 x 600, 256 colors (Minimum); 1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit

Domain Requirements:

  • The Digital Sign Service product is designed to work in the Active Directory. Therefore you must make sure that the target computer where you install FVS is within your domain.

FacilityView Service and FacilityView Manager:

  • Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003 SP1, Windows Server 2008 (including the x86 and x64 platform)
  • Exchange 2003 or higher.
  • .NET Framework 3.5
